Woodelves project finished

Hey there!

I finished my P500 at tabletopwelt.de. Unfortunately I was 15 minutes too late, but nonetheless I consider it done. ^^

I did a treeman and 8 wardancers. This was a rather quick job, since I was completely running out of time again.

Naestra and Arahan

Hi folks!

I just finished painting Naestra and Arahan, the Sisters of Twilight on Ceithin-Har for my Woodelves P500 project over at tabletopwelt.de. It was hard for me to find the right compromise between speed and quality once again (I made it just 15 minutes before the deadline once more ^^)

I wanted to give the model an early autumn look, with the leaves already growing brown and falling from the trees. I imagined Ceithin-Har beeing an old, rabid monster, only answering to the orders of his old friends Naestra and Arahan. Maybe I could have used some more brown tones, but I like the strong green colours for contrast. (It's early autumn as I said ;))

WIPs continued...

Hey,

after yesterday's PPPS (Pumpkin Painter Powers Session ;)) I can show you some fresh WIP shots of my Voodoo Priest. I finished most of the details and refined the green mist coming from his mouth.
I still have to do the OSL effect on the face and improve the base. I'll be quite happy when I finally can finish this project. It's starting to annoy me.

I also started a bigger project today, the Sister of Twilight for my Woodelves.

That's what I got so far, afer a bit of airbrushing (and running wild with masking tape).

Woodelves - Giant Owl

Some shots of my current woodelves project again
(German readers click here)

The model is from Coolminiornot. I did some conversions on the lady sitting on top. I made here sit a bit more uprigth and gave here a sword and a bow to make here look more like a fighter. I also added some rope and leaves to give her more of a woodelf touch.

Until now, I airbrushed the owl and sketched the pattern that a snowy owl would have.
Still a looooooooot to do. ;)
